Welcome to Growing Roots Therapy! Sara, Kara and Tanya are a team of Certified Play Therapists
through the Canadian Association for Play Therapy. We work with children, adolescents and
caregivers. We offer a welcoming, gentle, warm and playful approach to therapy. We draw from
a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet each child and family's unique needs. At
Growing Roots we value the importance of professional collaboration and training which allows
us to offer a high standard of therapy.

Sara, Kara and Tanya acknowledge that we live and work in Treaty 1 Territory and that the land on

Peoples, and is the homeland of the Red River Metis. As non-indigenous helpers, we are committed
to the ongoing work of reconciliation, education, justice and healing. We acknowledge past and present harm,

and are dedicated to advocating for removing ongoing systemic inequalities for children.
